Qi Gong / Tai Chi

Qi Gong is the art and practice of moving energy, or “Qi”, through the physical and body. It is commonly used by Taoist and Buddhist monks, Martial artists, traditional and Chinese healers, Qigong practice beneficial for everybody; The benefits of QiGong are usually felt quite quickly and are quite surprising to those who are not familiar with the impact this practice has on the body.

This class is perfect for beginners as well as intermediate yoggis!! Christine will start slowly with basic integration to ground you; then guide you into an amazing and strengthening flow in which she offers basic postures and advanced asanas so you can modify and/or amplify as you listen to your body's needs throughout the class. You will leave with a sense of renewal and accomplishment as you prepare to finish your week and cruise into the weekend.
