Caroline is an energetic and enthusiastic yoga instructor that holds space for others to connect with their authentic selves. She loves staying active and enjoys challenging her body. She has seen firsthand how the practice of yoga and living a yogic lifestyle has greatly improved her own health and well-being, and is passionate about sharing this with others. Caroline loves teaching anything from vinyasa, surfing, power yoga, workout/strength building focused yoga, to slow/restorative yoga, or meditation and breathwork. Regardless of what she’s teaching, her main goal is to encourage others to practice kindness towards themselves, and kindness towards others.
